Job Title: Branch Manager - Greater Charlotte
A well-established, publicly-traded industrial construction company is seeking an experienced manager to lead operations in the Greater Charlotte area. This role requires a five-days-a-week presence in the branch office.
Compensation
Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Additional compensation includes an annual bonus and a monthly vehicle allowance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4+ years of relevant experience
- Construction industry experience required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Drug test and background check required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and communicate a clear vision for approximately 30 branch employees
- Lead branch operations including safety, sales, estimating, project management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals
- Monitor financial performance and identify improvement areas
- Foster a high-performing, customer-focused team culture
- Ensure safety standards and company procedures compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct annual employee reviews and staff development
