Branch ManagerCERTEX USA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and drive business growth in our Gray, LA location.The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the branch, driving sales, managing operations, and fostering a team-oriented environment. This position plays a critical role in leading the branch toward achieving its financial and operational goals.Key Responsibilities/Essential Duties:Provides strategic leadership to the branch, directing and coordinating all activitiesManage all aspects of branch administration, including financial management, budgeting and reportingDevelop and execute operational plans to achieve sales targets, profit margins and overall business objectives.Understand and manage operation performance to Key Performance Indicators targets and actual resultsManage the sales team, guiding and motivating them to reach and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer serviceOversee inventory control, ensuring appropriate stock levels and efficient supply chain managementManaging & updating our quality control process system ISO9001Reviews orders received to ensure customer needs are met, following through on commitments of delivery of product or information required, and proper communication of information to customers and employees who are fulfilling the orderMeet with key customers on a regular basis to ensure that they are satisfied with our performance, to strengthen our relationship, and to develop strategies to ensure their future businessTake ownership of all customer concerns and complaints, addressing them promptly and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the final resolutionConduct monthly meetings with branch management team to ensure that everyone is working together to meet or exceed branch and company goalsEnsure that the branch facility is safe, clean, well-maintained, and meets industry standards, safety standards and company policiesEnsure that every member of the branch team receives the proper safety training and equipment applicable to their positionDevelop and foster a culture of teamwork and trustResponsible for hiring retention, performance reviews, training and development, coaching and corrective actionRequired Skills/Abilities:Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a teamMust have basic knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, inventory management and business strategies within the industryProficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reportingMust possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsHighly analytical, results-oriented, ability to multi-task, negotiate, and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good interpersonal skiOther Requirements:Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and criminal background checkBe able to provide valid documentation to provide proof of citizenship in accordance with I-9 documentDisplay a professional and courteous attitudeWilling to travel to various work sites as requiredWilling to work overtime, nights and weekends when necessaryStrictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures and comply with the Company's "Stop Work" policyWear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designation operations and production areas as directedHave the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers and Supervisor with other duties as requiredEducation and Experience:A high school diploma, Associates Degree or technical college training program preferredMinimum 2 years of experience managing business operations and supervising a team5+ years in rigging, mining, manufacturing or construction industry requiredExperience managing budgets and P&LExperience implementing safety policies and procedures with in-depth knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance within the rigging and wire rope sector is preferredWorking Conditions, Hours, Travel:Most work is performed in an office/warehouse environment.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets.This is a full-time position. The standard hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.Travel to visit customers within in region as well as occasional travel for meetings or training outside the region is expected for this position.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and must be able to stand or walk for extended periods while moving through the fabrication/production areasMust be able to lift up to 15-30 pounds at times during inventory checks or walkthroughsMust be able to access and Company facilities including use of stairs when requiredMay occasionally need to bend or kneel to inspect machinery, materials or workstationsMay occasionally need to push or pull carts, equipment, or materials, depending on the site's layoutFrequent use of hands and fingers for working with repetitive movements when working on computer or using small devices in the office and shop floorClear and color vision is needed for reading reports, inspecting machinery, and overseeing operations, identifying potential hazards and reading color-coded safety signs, or inspecting products and materialsMust be able to hear alarms, machinery, or workers communicating in noisy environmentsMust be able to clearly communicate with team members and workers on the floor, possibly using radios or other communication devicesMust be able to tolerate working in environments that may be hot, cold, or humid with possible exposure to dust or fumesAbility to wear proper PPE (steel toed shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.) as required by environmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
