I'm working with a growing civil engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Land Development team in Gaithersburg.
This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility across team leadership, client relationships, business development and branch growth.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of Land Development professionals
- Manage key client relationships and support new business
- Oversee project delivery, quality and financial performance
- Help shape the growth and direction of the local office
- Develop and mentor future leaders
What we're looking for
- 15+ years of relevant Land Development experience
- Strong private-sector civil engineering background
- Proven leadership and project management experience
- Strong client-facing and business development skills
- PE, PLS or relevant professional qualification preferred
