Guide borrowers through the full mortgage application process and analyze financial documents to determine eligibility. Qualifications: Active NMLS license required and a solid grasp of loan programs, guidelines, and mortgage calculations. Ability to analyze financial documents and assess borrower eligibility. Strong communication and client relationship skills, comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
