Branch Manager - Electrical Distribution

We’re conducting a search for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a substantial South Florida operation for one of the electrical distribution industry’s most respected companies.

This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for the overall performance of the branch, including sales, operations, profitability, people development and long-term market growth .

The Opportunity

The Branch Manager will have broad responsibility for the success of the operation and will lead an established team serving the electrical and industrial markets throughout South Florida.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full branch leadership with responsibility for financial and operational performance
• Develop and execute plans to increase sales, profitability and market share
• Lead, develop and motivate a sizeable team
• Manage budgeting, pricing, inventory and overall branch performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners
• Identify new market and customer opportunities throughout South Florida
• Recruit and develop key employees while building a strong leadership bench
• Establish both short- and long-term strategies for continued profitable growth

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in proven leaders from the electrical wholesale distribution industry as well as exceptional individuals ready to take the next step into branch leadership.

Ideal backgrounds could include:

• Branch Manager
• Assistant Branch Manager
• Operations Manager
• Other electrical distribution leadership roles with significant business responsibility

Candidates should bring a strong combination of leadership, sales and business acumen , with an understanding of wholesale distribution, P&L drivers, pricing, inventory and customer relationships.

Existing knowledge of the South Florida electrical market would be particularly valuable.

Highly competitive base salary DOE + incentive compensation. Compensation is flexible for the right individual.
