Murphy‑Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Branch Manager. The role of the Branch Manager is to be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the branch’s operations in compliance with established policies and procedures. Plans, directs and controls all activities of the branch profit centers through department managers who in turn are responsible for the overall growth and profit objectives of their respective departments. The Branch Manager staffs and trains department managers as required, formulates the major objectives, specific policies, plans, procedures, and programs for the branch operations, works closely with department managers to convert broad programs into specific plans, provides assistance to department managers in developing their performance targets, evaluates each department’s operating results against pre‑determined objectives, consults with department managers regarding personnel decisions, and assists with major, target or critical accounts.
