We are working with a leading global logistics organization seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow its Dallas-area transportation operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for P&L, operations, sales growth, customer relationships, carrier management, and team development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead day-to-day branch operations and performance.
- Own branch P&L, revenue, margins, and profitability .
- Drive new business and expand existing customer relationships.
- Lead, coach, and develop operations and sales teams.
- Build strong customer and carrier relationships.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Ensure operational and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and execute strategies for continued branch growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in transportation, 3PL, freight brokerage, or logistics.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Proven P&L and financial management experience.
- Strong background in business development and customer management.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong knowledge of transportation operations and freight markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
