Branch ManagerWe are seeking a Branch Manager to plan, direct, organize and control the operational activity of a Credit Union facility, ensuring the branch meets strategic, financial, operational, service and growth plans.Key responsibilities include:Leading branch staff through training and coaching.Driving branch performance by creating a sales and service culture in the branch.Building Credit Union presence in the community and developing new members and relationships.Providing excellent member service and resolving inquiries.Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.Qualifications:3 to 5 years of similar or related experience preferred.A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing preferred, but not required.Supervisory experience required.Customer service experience required.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.What we offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for career growth.Supportive team environment.Schedule:Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.Disclaimer: Must be able to work and travel to different credit union locations as determined by management.1 st MidAmerica is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
