Area Manager – Fast Food Location-Beaver County, PA We are a growing, family-owned restaurant company committed to great food, strong customer service, and creating a positive experience for both our guests and our employees. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple locations and help drive operational excellence across the business. The Area Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple fast-food restaurant locations. This individual will work closely with General Managers and restaurant teams to ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, staffing, and profitability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who knows how to develop people, hold teams accountable, and create a strong restaurant culture. You should be comfortable spending significant time in the restaurants, coaching teams, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to improve performance. Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations Coach, develop, and hold restaurant leadership teams accountable Recruit, train, and retain strong restaurant employees and managers Monitor sales, labor, food costs, and other key performance metrics Ensure consistent execution of company standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness Improve customer satisfaction and overall guest experience Conduct regular restaurant visits and operational reviews Assist with new restaurant openings, training, and operational initiatives as needed Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and company policies Communicate regularly with ownership and senior leadership regarding restaurant performance and opportunities Lead by example and maintain a visible presence in the restaurants 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience

Experience managing multiple fast-food, quick-service, or high-volume restaurant locations

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, food costs, and profitability

Ability to analyze restaurant performance and turn data into action

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
