Area Manager – Facility Services QFS – Quality Facility Solutions New York City Metropolitan Area | Full-Time | On-Site (Multi-Site) $67,000 – $90,000 base salary + performance bonus Every day, thousands of students, patients, and professionals walk into buildings that QFS keeps clean, safe, and ready. As Area Manager, you'll own that promise across a portfolio of client sites, leading the supervisors and front-line teams who make it happen and building the client relationships that keep our partnerships going for years. You'll have direct access to leadership, real authority over your sites, and a team that values long-term relationships with both clients and employees. Lead site supervisors and front-line teams across multiple client locations Run regular site inspections and track performance against KPIs and SLAs Keep operations safe and compliant with OSHA and regulatory standards Manage scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, and site budgets Coach and develop your team through training, feedback, and performance reviews Identify and implement process improvements that raise service quality Experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or janitorial services; multi-site experience is a big plus Ability to travel between sites across the NYC Metro Area High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, facilities management, or a related field preferred Performance bonus: tied to site quality, client retention, and operational results
