Branch ManagerTrillium Construction is hiring for a Branch Manager in Columbus, OH to work directly for the largest national provider of traffic safety products and services.This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of branch crews and equipment, and direct overall branch operations.Duties:Overseeing branch production, budgeting, and financial performanceManaging shop activities, customer relations, and job site operationsCoordinating with estimating teams on capacity planning and critical path issuesWorking with accounting teams on revenue recognition, forecasting, and reportingEnsuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirementsCompensation:Annual salary between $90,000 - $95,000Annual bonus up to 15%Benefits package401k with matchQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferredMinimum 10 years of supervisory or management experience preferredMinimum 10 years of experience in traffic control and safety, including direct crew work and formal industry training.Deep understanding of state regulations for traffic control devices and materials.Active involvement in industry associations, coalitions, and state DOT collaborations.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; Viewpoint software experience preferred.Strong financial literacy, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.Trillium Construction Services has been recruiting and hiring construction and skilled trades talent for over 30 years.
