Branch Manager – Columbus, OH
Trillium Construction is hiring a Branch Manager to work directly for the largest national provider of traffic safety products and services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of branch crews and equipment, and direct overall branch operations.
- Oversee branch production, budgeting, and financial performance.
- Manage shop activities, customer relations, and job site operations.
- Coordinate with estimating teams on capacity planning and critical path issues.
- Work with accounting teams on revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Compensation
- Annual salary between $90,000 - $95,000.
- Annual bonus up to 15%.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in traffic control and safety, including direct crew work and formal industry training.
- Deep understanding of state regulations for traffic control devices and materials.
- Active involvement in industry associations, coalitions, and state DOT collaborations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; Viewpoint software experience preferred.
- Strong financial literacy, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
