Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Chicago, IL. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage and mentor branch staff, and foster customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving target goals, coaching employees, resolving customer issues, and ensuring optimal bank performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Previous banking or financial services experience, particularly in a leadership role, is highly desirable.
