This position is responsible for team development, customer and community relationships, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who enjoys developing employees, building relationships, and making an impact in a community banking environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDrive deposit growth, lending production, and overall branch performanceBuild and maintain strong customer, business, and community relationshipsMonitor branch performance and achieve sales and service goalsRepresenting the bank at community events and networking opportunitiesLead, coach, and develop branch team membersConduct performance conversations and support employee developmentEnsure operational accuracy, internal controls, and regulatory complianceResolve complex customer concerns professionally and efficientlyPromote teamwork and exceptional customer serviceQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of retail management experienceLending experience preferredDemonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skillsStrong knowledge of retail banking products, services, and branch operationsProven ability to drive sales and business developmentExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsCommitment to exceptional customer serviceWhy Join Us?You'll be part of a bank that values relationships, integrity, and community involvement. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include performance-based incentives, bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
