We’re looking for an experienced banking leader to manage branch operations, sales, customer service, and team performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop branch staff
- Drive deposit growth and new business
- Manage daily branch operations and compliance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coach the team on sales and customer service
- Develop community and business relationships
- Ensure branch goals, profitability, and service standards are met
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of banking/branch experience
- 5+ years of branch management experience
- Experience managing business and consumer accounts
- Proven sales and business development success
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Active involvement in the local community preferred
- California driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
