* Lead all operations and team members in a growing branch
* Have full P&L responsibility for the branch
* Support and guide Account and Production Managers
* Drive and develop new contract and enhancement sales processes
* Grow a collaborative and accountable team environment
* Develop branch staff through providing learning and coaching opportunities
* Strengthen and build relationships with clients and the community

* 3+ years' relevant experience leading multiple teams at a branch level in a similar industry
* Proven experience motivating, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
* Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail
* Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective team leader.
* Experience managing sales and estimation processes (Job costing, proposals, etc.)
* Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
