Branch ManagerThe Branch Manager will be responsible for support and strategic leadership with oversight and supervision of multiple locations.

Responsibilities will include the growth and development of the Commercial & Oil lines of business, all operational aspects of team management, budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and P&L reporting. Our employees are affectionately known as team green, a name that unites us all under our shared purpose of providing sustainable solutions to enable our customers and communities to be GREEN FOR LIFE!3 weeks PTO annually4 medical plan options including an HSA with employer contribution & match program, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) with an employer matchPaid holidaysEmployee Assistance Program with free counseling services.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations within assigned region, ensuring employees are utilized, managed, and coordinated appropriately and effectively.Oversee employee needs including coaching, training, and evaluating performance; provide input into hiring, terminations, compensation, and promotion decisionsAssist with financial analysis and participate in regular P&L review to ensure budgets are metOrganize and schedule all necessary resources required to accomplish logistical activities, to include rail, truck and back haulMonitor and evaluate departmental performance and productivity, identify operational issues and process improvements, and implement strategies to improve performanceCommunicate, enforce and ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, operational and equipment maintenance policiesPartner with the District Manager and other department managers to ensure fluid and effective operations, and assess Capital requirements as appropriateMaintain awareness of oil market behavior and competitive trends in designated region to anticipate changeDevelop and implement goals and objectives to grow the Line of Business, through acquisitions and organicallyPartner with business unit leadership to develop and implement pricing strategies to meet company objectivesMaintain thorough knowledge of company's available services per lines of business, pricing structures, and offer additional services specified by customerReview Customer Service Agreements for terms and conditions, pricing accuracy and other requirementsMeet regularly with oil outlet customers and provide communication to the organization of any risk opportunitiesPerform other job-related duties as assignedRequirements:Three (3) or more years' experience in the oil collection, transportation, and burner fuel markets3-5 Years Experience managing a RCRA EPA Site3-5 Year Experience - Hazardous Waste Management5 years Supervisory or Management experienceFinancial and/or Project Management experienceBusiness Development/Acct Management experience.Ability to generate and manage leads, opportunities and contract negotiations to close businessSome Budgeting experienceP&L ExperienceSome fleet or DOT experienceExcellent communication skillsEasily adaptable to new computer software systems – Google workspaceAbility to travelValid drivers licenseKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesEmployee conflict resolution managementEmployee development experienceAbility to manage, coach, counsel, discipline, and develop employeesStrong work ethic, demonstrating integrity, trust, and maintain confidentialityAbility to be a self-starter capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, team environmentAbility to generate and manage leads, opportunities and contract negotiations to close businessAbility to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customersExcellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with internal and external customersStrong work ethic, demonstrating integrity, trust, and maintain confidentialityAbility to be a self-starter capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, team environmentAbility to prioritize workload and meet time sensitive deadlinesFlexibility to accept and adapt to change as well as the commitment to seek continuous improvementKnowledge of DOT, OSHA, and other related state and federal regulationsWe thank you for your interest.
