We're looking for a Branch Manager II to lead a high-performing team, drive results, and create meaningful member experiences.If you're a strong leader who thrives in a service-driven environment—we'd love to connect.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve sales and service goalsDeliver outstanding member service while identifying opportunities to expand relationshipsSupport financial wellness initiatives through coaching, education, and member engagementOversee branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresMonitor performance, prepare reports, and communicate results to leadershipResolve member and operational issues effectively and professionallyPromote credit union products, services, and community engagement initiativesMust comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets ControlWhat We're Looking For:Proven leadership experience in banking, credit union, or financial servicesStrong coaching and team development skillsExperience managing branch operations and driving performance metricsAbility to build relationships with members and the communityKnowledge of consumer lending and financial products/servicesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsWhat Success Looks Like:In this role, success is defined by both team performance and member impact.
