Branch Leader & Mortgage Production Coach

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn from the branch’s production, without giving up their own deals. You keep originating while we provide processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support.

You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, lead the branch culture, and grow the branch P&L. A strong referral network and an active NMLS license are required; a Principal Lending license is preferred or obtainable where state law requires it.
