Branch-Lead Mortgage Producer & Coach

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals. You keep originating; we supply processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so you can focus on production, recruiting and coaching.

You're a top-producing LO with a strong referral network. Compensation ranges from $80K to $220K base, plus commission and a sign-on bonus.
