Branch Lead, Mortgage: Keep Your Book & Build a Team

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

This isn’t a desk-manager job. You lead the branch's culture, recruit and coach loan officers, and grow the branch's P&L while maintaining your own production.
