Branch Growth Leader: Small Business & Community Banking

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Branch Leader who will manage all aspects of a busy banking branch in the United States. You will lead, coach and develop staff, drive revenue through small business and affluent client activities, and ensure compliance with procedures and risk controls.

You’ll participate in community partnerships, recruit and retain talent, and collaborate with IRM and Operations to uphold Truist standards. Strong leadership and people skills are essential.
