Alchemy is partnering with a well-established moving and relocation company in Bozeman, MT, to recruit a Branch General Manager to lead one of its key operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for the moving branch's operational performance, financial results and team development.
Your main duties will include:
- Taking full ownership of the moving branch's P&L, budgets and financial performance.
- Leading daily operations across warehousing, transport, customer service and administration.
- Driving revenue growth while improving productivity and profitability.
- Coaching and developing managers and moving employees to build a high-performing team.
- Working closely with the sales team to support business development and key customer relationships.
- Monitoring operational KPIs, service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Promoting a strong culture of health, safety and regulatory compliance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the branch's efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous general management or senior operational management experience within the moving and relocation industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Commercial awareness and a track record of improving business performance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
