Branch-Building Mortgage Leader & Coach

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations. You keep originating while we supply processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

This role targets top producers looking to scale profitability through a branch structure, with access to multiple loan programs and a strong capital market foundation.
