We're hiring Brake Press Operators for a local manufacturer. We're looking for someone with a background in metal forming or fabrication who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to grow their skills!

Role Highlights

• Pay: $20.00 - $26.49
• 2nd and 3rd shift available, $2.00/hour shift premium

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate Cincinnati hydraulic CNC press brakes and punch press equipment
• Select the correct tooling based on job requirements and setup documentation
• Load, install, and properly set up tooling with assistance as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and production specifications
• Measure completed parts to verify dimensions and quality requirements
• Complete assigned work according to established production and quality standards

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment; 1+ year preferred
• Experience with metal forming, fabrication, hydraulic presses, punch presses, or similar equipment preferred
• Basic knowledge of press brake setup and operation is a plus
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical certificate preferred
• Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings
• Ability to perform dimensional measurements and learn to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Solid math skills, mechanical aptitude, and keen attention to detail
