Brake Press Machine Operator
Location: Rogers, MN
Shift: 6:00am - 2:30PM Full-Time | Overtime Available | Occasional Saturdays Required
Pay: $24-$30/hour DOE

We are seeking an experienced Brake Press Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating and setting up press brake equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up press brake machines.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Produce quality parts according to specifications and drawings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience with flat layouts, bend allowances, press brake programming, and machine setup.
- Previous experience in the sheet metal industry required.
- Ability to accurately use calipers, squares, protractors, and other measuring tools.
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Flexibility to assist with other shop duties based on production demands.
