is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionBusiness Rules Configuration Management (BRCM) Ability to understand the business rules and transforming them to Pega 7 or ODM rules depending on the application Experience in working with teams following agile (eg scrum) as well as waterfall methodologies and multi-vendor environment Excellent business analysis skills with banking domain knowledge Experience with BPM/BRMS tools like Pega / IBM ILOG Prior working knowledge in ALM, Rally, MS SQL Server Management Studio & SharePoint platforms Preferred - Experience with FreeMarker Template Language (FTL) and OpenOffice Preferred - Experience with authoring, updating, and maintaining business rules in IBM ODM (Jrules) and DVS testingAdditional Information** U.S. Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply.
