Minimum Requirements 

1. Valid driver’s license (Tennessee F endorsement preferred, if applicable) 
2. Experience operating a 26,000 lb box truck or similar commercial vehicle 
3. Ability to properly perform a pre-trip inspection 
4. Ability to successfully pass our company road test 
5. Ability to safely back and maneuver commercial vehicles 
6. Good safety record and safe driving practices 

Highly Preferred Qualifications 

1. Class B CDL or higher 
2. Experience operating Class A combination vehicles 
3. Experience backing trailers and combination vehicles 
4. Tractor/trailer yard or hostler experience 
5. Experience with air brake systems 
6. Knowledge of DOT vehicle inspections and commercial vehicle safety procedures 

All candidates will be required to complete a company road test and demonstrate safe operation before being approved to operate independently.
