Job Overview
T & S Delivery LLC is seeking dependable Box Truck Owner-Operators for appliance delivery routes. Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting, loading, unloading, and assisting with appliance installation while maintaining professional communication with customers and dispatch.
Success in this role means completing deliveries safely, on time, and with excellent customer service. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for drivers who have access to a 16 26ft box truck and can provide a helper for all deliveries.
Responsibilities
* Operate a 16 26ft box truck for appliance delivery routes
* Load, secure, transport, and unload appliances safely
* Assemble/install appliances at delivery locations
* Work with a helper as part of a required 2-person delivery team
* Use hand trucks, dollies, and straps as needed
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
* Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-delivery documentation
* Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
Qualifications
* Valid driver's license (CDL not required)
* Own or have access to a 16 26ft box truck
* Must have a helper available for all deliveries
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly as part of a delivery team
* Clean driving record
* Must pass a background check
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
* Prior box truck or appliance delivery experience preferred
