Job Summary

Live Nation’s Concerts Division focuses on ticket and event operations, ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and effective nightly venue support.

Responsibilities

Financial / Cash Handling

  • Ensure compliance with Clubs & Theaters cash handling policies and procedures
  • Balance and reconcile daily/nightly ticket sales
  • Assist Manager/Supervisor in reconciling cash drawers and ticket stock
  • Support pricing initiatives such as Progressive, Platinum, Dynamic, Flex Pricing and special ticket offers
  • Distribute accurate daily ticket counts to Artist Representatives
  • Assist with internal ticket orders and reports
  • Collaborate with Premium Seat Sales/VIP on nightly upgrades, primary inventory, and reports

Customer Service

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service in person and over the phone
  • Facilitate Will Call & Guest List Operations during events
  • Troubleshoot night‑of show issues (transfers, barcodes, account issues, etc.)
  • Work with Guest Services/Operations on ADA requirements
  • Educate customers about upcoming events and available upgrades
  • Demonstrate knowledge of event culture and genre
  • Maintain a positive, energetic presence

Other Responsibilities

  • Operate Ticketmaster host system for sales and related tasks
  • Follow opening and closing shift procedures
  • Adhere to standards for ticket types, ancillary events, and qualifiers
  • Maintain call center phone system and update event calendars
  • Assist in maintaining Box Office cleanliness
  • Follow business casual dress code policy
  • Update and modify spreadsheets (Ticket Stock Log, Vault Log, etc.)
  • Collect, store, and track Lost & Found items as needed
  • Assist Manager/Supervisor with ad‑hoc tasks
  • Provide third‑party venue coverage offsite, including nightly management and staffing
  • Ensure compliance with ADA ticket laws

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cash handling
  • Experience in phone and in‑person customer service
  • Entry‑level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Respect for diverse cultures and music genres
  • High School Diploma

Preferred

  • Attention to detail in a multi‑tasking environment
  • Knowledge of ticket sales processes
  • Experience in live entertainment operations
  • Ticketmaster host system experience
  • Ability to detect counterfeit cash/ID
