Box Build Assembler
Location: Vista, CA 92081
Hours: Monday - Friday 730am - 4pm
Pay: $18-$19/hr DOE

Assembly and test of electro-mechanical "box builds", also called systems integration. The electro-mechanical assembly process involves enclosure fabrication, installation and test of sub-assemblies and components, and installation, routing and test of cabling or wire harnesses.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Basic electro/mechanical assembly utilizing specialized tools.
Verifies parts, components, or sub-assemblies are placed properly and final assembly meets workmanship requirements.
Operates welding machine and leak tester.
Immediately alerts supervisor of any issue with components, boards, sub-assemblies, process or test.
Label, box/package finished assemblies.
Stocking Production Bins
Component Cleaning
Material prepping
Some lifting maybe required
Movement of material
Qualifications:
Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
Good attitude
Strong reliability
Familiarity with using hand and power tools
Familiarity with iso 9001, FDA, ESD and Medical Device Standards
The selected candidate will also possess:
Basic understanding of spoken English; ability to follow instructions
Ability to identify electronic components
Familiarity with using hand and power tools
Mechanical dexterity and good visual acuity: ability to place and assemble components and sub-assemblies of various sizes, utilizing documentation, verbal instructions, and from sample product and visual examples.
Some light lifting may be required.
