Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Bowling Center Front Desk team member to provide friendly, efficient service to all guests. In this role, you’ll greet and check in guests, assign lanes, process payments, and answer questions about bowling, leagues, and resort amenities. You’ll manage reservations, operate the POS system, handle basic cash and credit transactions, and support snack bar and arcade sales.
You will maintain a clean, organized front desk, communicate lane issues to technicians, and collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, welcoming, and fun environment that reflects our guest-first, tribal values.
