This position is responsible for providing basic interior facility maintenance support in areas of plumbing, drywall and painting.This is a full-time, temporary position.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with keeping the facility in a clean and orderly condition by providing basic interior facility maintenance supportProvide outside facility maintenance to include landscaping, leaf blowing, pressure washing, parking lot cleaning, and debris removalMaintain organized records of repair details and communicationsFollow all company safety policies and practicesStand, climb, bend, lift up to 50 lbs. for an extended period on concrete floorsOther job duties as assignedEducation/ExperienceHigh School Diploma1-2 years experienceRequirements – Skills, Job Knowledge & AbilitiesGeneral understanding of facility maintenance and landscaping tasks and toolsEffective verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with individuals at all levels both internal and externalProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to use MPulse Maintenance softwareAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, handle frequent changes, follow through on issues in a timely manner, and give excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracyFamiliar with OSHA safety requirementsAbility to travel locally and work a flexible schedule including weekend shift(s)A current driver's license and acceptable driving history is requiredSupervisory ResponsibilityNoneTravelFrequent local travel is requiredWorking Conditions/Physical RequirementsWork indoors and outdoors as needed in various temperatures/conditions.Occasional exposure to odors of empty beverage containers.Noise levels in designated areas require the use of approved hearing protection.Exposure to industrial equipment with moving mechanical parts.Must be able to frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs.Must be able to frequently push/pull carts, toolboxes, parts, etc.
