Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel.Responsibilities:Manages all operations as well as service / support department at factory levelImplements a production strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality productsDelivers against production performance KPIs, budget and projectsSets up and executes development plans for production personnelEnsures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulationsHas legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirementsContinually monitor production performance and adjust production plan execution in a timely manner to improve performance.Communicate daily with Supply Planning to maximize Henkel's ability to service customers while optimizing labor efficiency. This includes managing work plans, smart factory, staffing, and minimizing overtime.Communicate throughout all shifts with hourly production employees, supervision, and all other site employees to ensure a constant exchange of ideas, concerns, suggestions, and information.Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed.

This range represents the good?faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
