Opportunity awaits!Position OverviewThe BORM Selector operates in an automated, system-driven warehouse environment where product flow and order sequencing are controlled by internal systems. This role is responsible for supporting the movement, organization, and accuracy of product as it progresses through the selection and fulfillment process.Key ResponsibilitiesWork within a BORM (automated) system that directs product flow and order processingHandle, move, and position product as it travels through conveyor and/or automated systemsEnsure products are properly aligned, organized, and prepared for downstream loading and deliveryMonitor workflow to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and continuous product movementIdentify and resolve basic issues such as damaged casesVerify product accuracy using scanning or system confirmation tools as requiredMaintain a steady work pace in a production-driven environment with defined performance expectationsFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work areaQualificationsPrevious warehouse, production, or distribution experience preferredExperience in automated, conveyor-based, or system-driven environments is a plusAbility to follow structured processes with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive workflowReliable attendance and ability to meet productivity expectationsTeam-oriented with the ability to work within a coordinated operationPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, carry, and move 30–50+ lbs repeatedlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsComfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levelsHourly Salary: $20.00
