To support a growing team, the part-time Bookkeeping Specialist will manage client bookkeeping functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting, while working remotely in the US or Canada. Key responsibilities: Support client bookkeeping functions, ensuring timely completion of accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and payroll Create and interpret financial reports, including Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss statements, while ensuring compliance with month-end deadlines Assist in organizing and documenting processes, while maintaining effective communication with clients and team members Required qualifications: 10+ years of bookkeeping experience, with a focus on US and Canadian bookkeeping Experience with inventory management and multiple bookkeeping software platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana or similar tools Two-year accounting degree preferred; relevant certifications such as QB Pro Certification are a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
