Bookkeepers – Junior or Senior LevelLocation: Irvine, CA Pay: $25–$33/hr + Medical/Dental/Vision Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Start your 8-hour shift anytime between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM.The Position: We are a growing outsourced accounting department seeking two Junior or Senior Bookkeepers. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling their daily financial health and monthly reporting.Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Management: Manage the entire bookkeeping lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of clients.Banking & Reconciliations: Perform bank/credit card reconciliations and accurately code/match transactions within QuickBooks Online.Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheets.General Ledger: Maintain a clean Chart of Accounts and manage AP/AR functions.Requirements:Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online.Junior: 1–3 years of experience ($25–$27/hr).Senior: 4+ years of experience ($28–$33/hr).Solid grasp of AP/AR, bank feeds, and financial statement preparation.Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $33.00 Per Hour
