By connecting with The Pivot Group Network, you position yourself for roles that match your background and aspirations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.Process payroll for all manufacturing employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.Recommended QualificationsMinimum of 3 years experience in a Bookkeeper role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP B1) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and their application to inventory, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing overhead.Proven ability to perform detailed reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts accurately and efficiently.Experience with managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices, making payments, and tracking outstanding balances.Bonus QualificationsAdditional certifications or trainingJob Titles That Should ApplyBookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, Junior Accountant, Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Clerk, Financial Assistant, Bookkeeping Assistant, Staff AccountantWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
