Bookkeeper

BookkeeperWe are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. As a bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgerPrepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsPerform month-end close procedures, including reconciliations and journal entriesMaintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsProvide financial analysis and insights to support business decisionsDevelop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivityRequirements:At least 4 years of experience as a bookkeeper in a CPA firm or similar industryProficiency in QuickBooks and other financial softwareStrong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and financial reportingExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesWork Environment:This is a fully onsite roleLocated in Woodland HillsIf you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for accounting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
