Key Responsibilities:
Record and reconcile daily transactions
Manage invoices, receipts, and expense tracking
Prepare financial reports and summaries
Assist with payroll and basic tax documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting support
️ Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and attention to detail
️ Good communication and organizational skills
Accounting background or certification is a plus but not required accuracy and reliability matter most!
