Bookkeeper, Tampa, FloridaWe are a strong and stable service company with over 15M in revenue seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. Our company operates in a fast-paced environment and requires a detail-oriented individual who is well-versed in QuickBooks.As the Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collectionsReconcile bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basisProcess payroll and maintain employee recordsPrepare and file monthly and quarterly tax returnsMaintain accurate financial records, including the general ledger and financial statementsProvide regular financial reports to managementAssist with annual budgeting and forecasting processesManage and reconcile inventory accountsEnsure compliance with all financial and accounting regulationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a service-based companyStrong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlinesDetail-oriented and able to identify errors and discrepancies in financial recordsFamiliarity with GAAP and other accounting principlesThe salary range for this position is between $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
