The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks Online experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, highly organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, processing transactions, and supporting financial reporting across multiple business entities.Responsibilities include:Maintain bookkeeping records in QuickBooks OnlineManage accounting activity for multiple business entitiesReconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accountsRecord accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsProcess vendor payments and assist with billing as neededPrepare financial reports and summaries for managementAssist with month-end and year-end closing processesMaintain organized financial documentation and recordsCommunicate with internal teams, vendors, and external accounting professionals as neededEnsure accuracy and compliance with company accounting proceduresQualificationsMinimum 3+ years of bookkeeping experienceStrong experience with QuickBooks OnlineExperience working with multiple business entities requiredSolid understanding of bookkeeping principles and general accounting practicesStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar toolsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential information professionallyPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting small to mid-sized businessesExperience with payroll, sales tax, or intercompany transactionsAssociate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, accounting, or a related fieldCompensationThe pay range for this position is $40,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.Why Join Caring Senior Service?At Caring Senior Service, your work supports a mission that matters.
