We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Time Insurance Bookkeeper to join our team.

If you have a knack for numbers and a passion for accuracy, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable.Reconcile client invoices, and payments.Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly/quarterly/annual closings.Maintain accurate records of premiums, and policy-related transactions.Collaborate with the insurance team to ensure accurate financial data tracking.Assist with audits and compliance requirements specific to the insurance industry.Utilize accounting software to manage and streamline bookkeeping tasks.Assist agency in implementing Artificial Intelligence "AI" practices.Qualifications:Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.Proficiency in Excel. Applied EPIC experience is a plus.Strong understanding of accounting principles and insurance-related financial processes.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and external stakeholders.Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive compensation.Opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.Potential for growth within the company.
