We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Time Insurance Bookkeeper to join our team. If you have a knack for numbers and a passion for accuracy, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable.
• Reconcile client invoices, and payments.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly/quarterly/annual closings.
• Maintain accurate records of premiums, and policy-related transactions.
• Collaborate with the insurance team to ensure accurate financial data tracking.
• Assist with audits and compliance requirements specific to the insurance industry.
• Utilize accounting software to manage and streamline bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist agency in implementing Artificial Intelligence "AI" practices.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Excel. Applied EPIC experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and insurance-related financial processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
• Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.
