Corporate Bookkeeper (QB Multi-Currency + ADP) Remote $60k
The Short Version:
Fully remote team looking for a hands-on Corporate Bookkeeper to manage our full-cycle books. Executive Director is on the West Coast, so we need someone in a Pacific Time Zone state (CA, NV, OR, or WA) for collaboration.
We have international suppliers, customers, and non-US consultants so QuickBooks Multi-Currency experience and W-8BEN knowledge are required from day one.
We use QuickBooks and ADP Payroll. We do not train from scratch must hit the ground running.

Must-Haves (Do NOT apply if you don't check every box):
Lives in CA, NV, OR, or WA (Pacific Time Zone).
Non-CPA operational doer, not tax strategist.
QuickBooks Multi-Currency foreign AR/AP, exchange rates, realized/unrealized gains/losses.
Non-US contractor experience W-8BEN/W-8BEN-E collection. Know that foreign contractors do NOT get 1099s.
3-5 years corporate bookkeeping (full cycle, month-end close, accruals, prepaids).
ADP payroll US employee payroll and state/federal filings.

Not for you if:
You live outside CA, NV, OR, or WA.
You've never used QuickBooks Multi-Currency.
You don't know what a W-8BEN is.
You need training on QuickBooks, ADP, or foreign transactions.
You are a licensed CPA looking for strategy work.

Compensation: $60,000/year + full benefits. (Firm).
