BookkeeperThis is a full-time on-site role for a bookkeeper in a real estate investment/development and management firm. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, creating and managing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and entering journal entries.Duties Include:Full scale bookkeeping for a real estate portfolioA/P, A/R, Bank ReconciliationsCAM ReconciliationsEnter accounting related information into property logsInspect books for efficiency and accuracyOrganize and update financial recordsUpdate and maintain reports via accounting softwareGeneral Ledger – post journal entries for non-AR/AP transactions, bank reconciliations, monthly financial statements, accruals.Qualifications:Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financeProficiency in accounting software.
Experience in a real estate specific accounting software is preferred.Experience in managing accounts payable and receivableAbility to create and manage financial statementsAttention to detail and excellent organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills
