Are you a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys managing the day-to-day financial operations of a growing business? We're partnering with a well-established restoration and construction services company seeking a Bookkeeper to support the full accounting cycle.

Work closely with leadership, a Senior Accountant, Fractional Controller, and external CPA firm while helping maintain accurate financial operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process accounts payable and vendor payments
• Generate customer invoices and support collections efforts
• Audit and reconcile bi-weekly payroll for approximately 70 employees
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist with reporting and special projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience handling AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Construction, restoration, contracting, or field service industry experience is a plus
