You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.Responsibilities:Obtain primary financial data for accounting recordsCompute and record numerical dataCheck the accuracy of business transactionsPerform data entry and administrative dutiesProcessing bi-weekly payrollReviewing subcontractor bills and submitting subcontractor payAccounts payableAccounts receivable invoicing and collectionsProject cost analysisRunning reports such as Profit & Loss, Sales Reports, etc.Qualifications:Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fieldsExperience working in Quickbooks Pro and/or Quickbooks OnlineConstruction accounting experience a plus!Fundamental knowledge of GAAPAbility to prioritize and multitaskStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to work in a fast paced environment
