Responsibilities:

• Standard A/P and A/R process experience required
• Processes bank reconciliations for business checking, lines of credit and credit card accounts
• Reconcile daily credit card receipts & refunds
• Conducts maintenance of files and spreadsheets for daily business financial monitoring
• Discreet and reliable in the handling of confidential information
• Enjoys solving detailed problems and keeping accurate records on different projects
• Works independently but keeps management updated on recurring duties
• Interacts with customers and work colleagues in a professional and upbeat manner
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks knowledge
