About the Role
Max Capital is hiring a Bookkeeper / Controller to support financial operations across multiple entities. This role focuses on tracking financial activity, maintaining accuracy, and supporting forecasting and long-term planning.
This is an active, analytical role for someone who can think critically and contribute to financial decision-making.
What You'll Do

• Track incoming and outgoing funds across multiple entities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Assist with financial modeling and projections.
• Ensure accuracy and accountability in financial processes.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information.

• Experience or education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with financial reporting or analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
